We help patients check insurance eligibility, submit requests for diabetic supplies, and coordinate with treating physicians and licensed, CMS-enrolled DMEPOS vendors who verify coverage, fulfill orders, and handle billing directly with insurance carriers. Diabetic Discounts Network is not itself a licensed pharmacy, DME supplier, insurance company, or healthcare provider, and does not make medical decisions, diagnose conditions, or provide medical advice.
Eligibility to Use Our Services
Our Services are intended for use by adults, at least 18 years of age, who are seeking diabetic supplies for themselves or coordinating on behalf of a dependent with appropriate authority to do so. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

Any dispute regarding a specific product, delivery, or billing matter involving a third-party vendor should be directed to that vendor, and we will assist in facilitating communication where appropriate.
Intellectual Property
